• Have you had your license suspended by the Driver Assessment Bureau (DAB) for medical reasons (ie; Cataracts, Glaucoma, Macular Degeneration, Stroke, Epilepsy, Seizures Diabetes, Alzheimer's, or Dementia)?
• Were you referred by your Physician to take a driving evaluation and have you been issued a restricted permit to drive only with a certified driving instructor and/or rehabilitation specialist by the DAB?

• Your driving skills will be evaluated by one of our occupational therapists / certified driving instructor / certified driver rehabilitation specialists who have been board certified by ADED.
