We Advise & You Achieve. We believe in "Promoting Motor Safety and Mobility". We specialize in safe and defensive driver's education programs for teens and adults. We provide clinical & behind-the-wheel driving evaluations, adaptive equipment recommendations and in-vehicle training for clients with special challenges and disabilities.

Our History
In 1959, A & A DRIVING SCHOOL began with the idea of "Promoting Motor Safety and Mobility". In the early days, we began providing drivers training to adults. We then developed programs designed for teenagers. As we grew we moved in the direction of providing evaluations and training for individuals with physical, visual, cognitive and/or emotional deficits that are tailored to each individual's needs. As we grew, we developed a subsidiary called DRIVERS REHABILITATION CENTER OF MICHIGAN. Our vehicles are outfitted with a variety of adaptive equipment, including hand controls, knobs, special mirrors and much more to meet each individual's needs. Evaluations and training are available for both cars and vans. We also are able to provide evaluations and training to international visitors, as well as, offering defensive driving programs to individuals or corporate managers. We also have added an Advanced Driving Program for those individuals who want to go beyond learning the basic skills for safe driving.

As the company grew, naturally so did the staff members. Our unique staff consists of Certified Driving Instructors, Nationally Certified Driving Instructors, International Evaluators/Trainers, Professional Accident Avoidance Driver, Vehicle Recovery Instructor, Certified Driver Rehabilitation Specialists (Board Certified by ADED), including Occupational Therapists, and Special Educators.

Our team members have joined forces to provide the community with the highest standard in driver education services. All staff members attend conferences throughout the year, which allows us to maintain our certifications and provide our clients with the latest strategies in safe driving.

We treat all of our customers as if they were family. A & A DRIVING SCHOOL / DRIVERS REHABILITATION CENTER OF MICHIGAN strives to provide each student with extensive safe and defensive driving skills.
